Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. will not be processed.
Order Processing Time
All items are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Our silk qipao garments are crafted with attention to detail and require careful handling before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We ship all orders from within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
The selected carrier depends on the package size, weight, and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $165 or more (after discounts are applied).
Additional services such as expedited shipping or special packaging may incur extra charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
