A: Our bespoke service offers a fully personalized experience. After you place a "Custom Order," we’ll send you a detailed measurement guide and schedule a consultation via email/WhatsApp or Shopfiy chat to discuss fabric, design, and embroidery details. The entire process takes 4–8 weeks.

Custom Process → Order placed → Measurement guide sent → Design discussion → Sample garment sent → Adjustments made → Final garment confirmed and crafted → Completion

A: Yes, but only to a limited extent. If you wish to make minor modifications to a specific style (such as color or sleeve length), please contact us. Significant design changes will need to be handled through our custom service program.
