This Policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website and delivered within the United States.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition with no signs of wear or damage

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories included

  • Proof of purchase provided (order number or confirmation)

Due to the nature of clothing products, items that show signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration may be refused or subject to a partial refund.


Important Notes for Silk Garments

Our silk qipao garments are delicate and require careful handling.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or craftsmanship may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handmade characteristics

  • These differences are not considered defects

  • Minor measurement deviations (1–3 cm) are normal and not considered quality issues

If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs after review

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size selection, or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
